Overview​

VAAST's Intruder analog — fuzzes AI endpoints with targeted payload sets from your library. Template injection points, run payload categories, analyze responses for policy violations and unexpected behavior.

Intruder — purpose-built for AI endpoint fuzzing.

What it does​

  • Templates injection points in captured requests
  • Iterates payload sets from the VAAST payload library
  • Analyzes responses for policy violations
  • Detects unexpected behavior and error states
  • Supports concurrent fuzzing across multiple injection points

Permissions required​

  • proxy.read — reads captured requests to template
  • proxy.write — sends fuzzed requests
  • scanner.write — writes findings from successful probes
  • ui.tab — registers the fuzzing interface tab
  • http.fetch — makes outbound fuzz requests

UI type​

Tab — full fuzzing interface with payload selection, injection point templating, and results table.
